In 2023, PT Smart Mitra Solutions once again participated in one of the largest manufacturing events called 'Manufacturing Indonesia' held at JIEXPO Kemayoran. After a hiatus from 2020 to 2021 due to the widespread impact of Covid-19, in 2022, we endeavored to return, this time collaborating with PT. Unggul Semesta Group, given the prevailing circumstances post-pandemic. Recognizing the positive impact and mutual benefits of this collaboration for both companies, we have continued this partnership into 2023

Manufacturing Indonesia is Asia’s largest international manufacturing exhibition providing profesional business platform for Indonesia’s manufacturing industry. In this exhibition, we conducted demonstration nonstop for FARO Quantum S + LLP Prizm with object colorful , Quantum M + Blu Laser with objects Velg car, Tracer Si, Focus S150 and also Cobalt with demo part to attract visitors to come to our booth. For another series, we conducted demo based on interest of visitors.

Industrial Custom Products (ICP) manufactures high-quality thermo-formed and vacuum-formed plastic components. They deployed a FARO® QuantumM ScanArm and CAM2 Software in an effort to continue their long-standing and award-winning tradition for excellence in quality.

The FARO solutions not only helped them improve quality; they also allowed them to decrease the cost of quality inspections. Inspection time was reduced by more than 50%. Moreover, they were able to significantly reduce the time and investment required for procuring physical jigs and special fixtures that they had previously been using for quality inspections. For most of their products, inspection is performed using the ScanArm and CAM2 for a digital comparison to the CAD models. Time-to-market was reduced by 70% in some instances.
